This page explains the messages you may see in Luw\.ai and what to do about common problems, from slow designs to results that ignore your prompt. ## Messages and what to do | Message | What it means | What to do | | ------------------------------------------------------------------------ | ------------------------------------------------------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | "Waiting for image" | You pressed Generate before adding a photo, and this tool needs one. | Upload a photo or pick an example, then press Generate again. | | "No area selected. Use the brush to mark where you want changes." | In Magic Wand or Landscape, nothing is selected, or the whole image is. | Select only the part you want to change, then click **Continue**. See [Selecting an area](/luw.ai-app-docs/working-with-images/selecting-an-area.md). | | "Required: Prompt" | Magic Prompt AI needs a description of the change. | Type what you want in **Prompt**. | | "NSFW content detected. Please try again with a different prompt." | Your prompt was flagged as unsafe. | Reword the prompt and try again. | | "Your image has been flagged as NSFW!" | The file you uploaded was flagged as unsafe and rejected. | Upload a different image. | | "Something went wrong" on a result card | The design failed. | Open the card and choose **Delete Design & Refund**. The refund can take up to 24 hours. Then try again. | | "Smart suggestion: Photo Exterior" or "Smart suggestion: Photo Interior" | The photo looks like it belongs in the other tool. | Click the button to switch tools, or close the suggestion with **×** if the tool you're in is right. | | **Smart suggestion: Floor plan** | Interior found a floor plan in your photo. | Click **Open in Studio** to work on the plan in Luw\.ai Studio, or close the suggestion to stay. Interior renders a floor plan as a 3D view of the plan. | | **Smart suggestion: Fill Empty Room** | Interior found an empty room. | Click the button to turn on **Fill Empty Room** and furnish it, or close the suggestion. | | A pricing window opens | You don't have enough credits. | Choose a subscription or a credit pack. See [Credits and engines](/luw.ai-app-docs/getting-started/credits-and-engines.md). | | A lock on an option, and an upgrade message | That option isn't included in your plan. | Choose another option, or click **Pricing** to see the plans. | | A request to confirm when you close the result viewer | An **AI-Powered Magic Edit** or **Download HD** upscale is still running. | Wait for it to finish. Closing now would lose the credits for it. | | "Request a style?" | Your search in the **Styles** picker found nothing. | Try another word or browse the cards. | | "This AI model is in beta - results may vary." | You're using 3DSpace AI, which is in beta. | Expect some variation. If a result misses, try again. | | "No favorites found for this profession yet." | You haven't added any design from this tool to Favorites. | Open a result and click **Favorite**. | ## A design is taking a long time Some tools take a minute or more per design, and **Video AI** takes several minutes. **Generate Image with AI** in the upload area can take up to a minute or two. You don't have to stay on the page. Leave and come back later; the card keeps working and turns into the result when it's done. ## A card seems stuck Refresh the page. Cards that are still in progress start checking their progress again after the reload. If the design failed, the card shows "Something went wrong"; open it and use **Delete Design & Refund**. ## The result ignores my prompt * **Switch off Prompt Enhancer.** It rewrites your prompt into a fuller one before generating, and the rewrite can drift from what you meant. With it off, your exact words are used. It's on by default in Interior, Exterior, Video, Pattern and Change Background. * **Check Style Transfer.** While **Style Transfer** is on, the prompt and **Styles** are hidden and the style comes from the photo you added for it. Switch it off if you want your words to count. * **Try the other engine.** Switch **Model** between **Symphony** and **Aria** and generate again. ## The result changed too much, or too little Use **Visual Strength**. **Precise** keeps more of your photo, **Creative** changes more, and **Balanced** (the default) sits in between. ## The smart suggestion is wrong Smart suggestions come from a quick check of the photo, so they can be wrong. Close the suggestion with its **×** and carry on in the tool you chose. ## My upload doesn't work * Use a JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, HEIC or SVG file, up to about 80 MB. HEIC photos are converted to JPG and SVG files to PNG automatically. * You can also upload an MP4 video (its last frame becomes the photo) or a 3D model in GLB, GLTF, OBJ or STL (you frame a view of it first). * If the image was flagged as unsafe, use a different one. * Signed out? Uploading or typing a prompt opens the sign-in screen first. See [Uploading images](/luw.ai-app-docs/working-with-images/uploading-images.md). ## My photo disappeared Two actions remove the uploaded photo: * **Delete** in the menu on the photo removes it straight away, without asking. * **Remove** in the Brush Tool clears your drawing *and* removes the photo. It asks you to confirm first. To clear only the drawing, use **Clear**. Upload the photo again to carry on. ## I can't find a result * **Latest Designs** only shows the current persona's results. Open **History & Change Persona** and switch to the persona you used. See [Personas and history](/luw.ai-app-docs/getting-started/personas.md). * An image you sent to another tool with **Open with…** is in a new persona in that tool. * Designs you added to Favorites are in [Favorites](/luw.ai-app-docs/organize-your-work/favorites.md), and designs you saved to a project are in [Projects](/luw.ai-app-docs/organize-your-work/projects.md). ## Landscape AI: Sun Exposure and City * The **Sun Exposure** box shows Full sun before you've chosen anything. Pick an option yourself so your choice is used. * In **City**, type at least 2 letters and then choose your city from the list. See [Landscape AI](/luw.ai-app-docs/redesign-spaces/landscape-ai.md). ## Video AI: the end frame doesn't blend well * Use an end frame with the same camera angle and aspect ratio as your photo, for example the original photo and its Interior or Exterior redesign. * If a **Motion** preset contradicts the end frame, such as Return to Empty Room with a furnished end frame, leave **Motion** empty.
