# Luw\.ai Studio

How app.luw\.ai links to Luw\.ai Studio, the browser-based 3D building editor, and the ways to send it an image or a floor plan.

This page shows the ways to get from app.luw\.ai to Luw\.ai Studio, and what each one sends along. Studio is a separate product: a browser-based 3D building editor at **studio.luw\.ai**. For how to use Studio itself, see the [Luw.ai Studio docs](https://luw-ai.gitbook.io/luw.ai-studio).

Studio always opens in a new tab, so your work in app.luw\.ai stays where it was. You use the same Luw\.ai account in both, and Studio opens already signed in.

## Ways into Studio

## Send an image with Open with…

1. Open the image's menu: the wand icon on an uploaded photo, or **Open with…** in the result viewer.
2. Choose **Open with…**, then **Studio** at the top of the list.

## Send a floor plan from Interior

When you upload a floor plan to Interior AI, a **Smart suggestion: Floor plan** message appears with an **Open in Studio** button. Click it to take the plan to Studio, where you can work on it in 3D.

If you'd rather stay in Interior, close the suggestion with **×**. Interior then renders the floor plan as a 3D view of the plan. See [Smart suggestions](/luw.ai-app-docs/working-with-images/smart-suggestions.md).

## The Floor Planner AI page

**Floor Planner AI** in the tool list is a launch page for Studio. It doesn't generate anything in app.luw\.ai.

* **Launch Studio** ("Free · Opens in a new tab") opens Studio.
* **Upload your floor plan and start** ("Opens straight in Studio as an editable scene.") lets you pick a plan and opens it in Studio, ready to edit.
