# Help and support

Where to get help inside Luw\.ai, from the Help page with its tool finder and answers to common questions to the Support contact form and the floating chat button.

This page shows where to find help inside the app and how to contact the Luw\.ai team.

## The Help page

Click **Help** in the sidebar, or **Help** in the phone menu. The page is titled "Get Help" with the line "Browse our help articles and frequently asked questions."

### Find the right tool

**Help me find the right tool** asks a few short questions: what you have (a photo, a drawing, or nothing yet) and what you want to make. At the end it recommends a tool and gives suggestions. You'll find the same kind of advice in [Which tool should I use?](/luw.ai-app-docs/getting-started/which-tool.md)

### Search or browse the answers

* Type in **Search for help...** to find answers that match your words.
* Or browse the sections, such as Getting Started with Luw\.ai, Space Transformation Tools, Professional Design Tools and Specialized AI Tools. Click a question to open its answer.

On very short screens the sidebar hides **Help**. The **Support** page holds the same articles, under the contact form.

## Contact support

Click **Support** in the sidebar. It's the same page as Help, with a **Contact us** form at the top.

1. Describe what you need help with in the box.
2. Click **Send message**.

When it's sent, you'll see "Message Sent Successfully" and a note that the support team will get back to you shortly. If you aren't signed in, the form takes you to the contact page on the luvi.io website instead, with your message already filled in.

To help the team answer quickly, say which tool you were using and what you did. If it's about a particular design, open it in the result viewer and include the address from your browser's address bar. It ends in `?id=…`, which points to that exact result.

## The floating chat button

Some pages, such as **My Account**, **API & MCP** and **Pricing**, show a round chat button in the bottom-right corner. Click it to open a small window with two choices:

* **Share Feedback**, for what you think, feature requests and suggestions. Send it with **Send feedback**.
* **Get Help**, to describe a problem. Send it with **Send message**.

## Rate or report a result

Every result has a 1 to 5 star rating in the result viewer. If you give 2 stars or fewer, Luw\.ai asks why. **Report** sits next to the stars, for results you want to report. See [The result viewer](/luw.ai-app-docs/results/result-viewer.md).
