# Account and plans

Check your credit balance, edit your profile, buy credits or change your plan, manage or cancel your subscription, and delete your account.

This page covers the My Account page and the Pricing page: your balance, profile, plan, purchases and subscription.

## Open My Account

Click **My Account** at the bottom of the left sidebar. Once you're signed in, it appears as a small pill showing your credit balance. On a phone, open the menu in the top bar and tap **Manage account**.

## Your plan and balance

The card at the top of the page shows:

* **Your plan**: its name, and whether it's monthly or yearly.
* **Your email**, with a **Profile** button and a sign-out button next to it.
* **AVAILABLE TOKEN**: your current credit balance.
* **Team Members**: on team plans only. It opens the team window; see [Teams](/luw.ai-app-docs/account/teams.md).
* **Buy More Pay-as-you-go Credits**: opens the Pricing page, where you can buy a credit pack.

### Edit your profile

Click **Profile** to change your avatar, display name, username and bio.

## Account cards

Under the top card are shortcuts:

| Card                                                 | What it does                                                                    |
| ---------------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Upgrade your plan** ("Secure payments via Stripe") | Opens the Pricing page so you can choose a plan.                                |
| **Manage Subscriptions** ("Customer Portal")         | Opens the Stripe customer portal in a new tab, for your subscription's billing. |
| **Logout** ("Sign out from Luw\.ai")                 | Signs you out.                                                                  |

If a payment fails, a message at the top of the page says "We cannot process your payment." Click the link under it to update your payment method.

## Purchase history

**Purchase history** lists your credit purchases with their dates. The five most recent show first; click **Show more** to see the rest.

## Cancel your subscription

1. Scroll to the bottom of My Account and click **Cancel my subscription**.
2. Read the note: "Cancelling stops the renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for."
3. Click **Yes, cancel it** to confirm, or **Keep my plan** to leave things as they are.

Afterwards the page says "Your subscription is set to cancel at the end of the current billing period. You can keep using it until then."

If the page can't find a subscription for the email you're signed in with, it says so and adds: "This does not mean you have no subscription." A subscription bought with a different email address keeps billing, so check the email on your card statement and sign in with that account. ## Delete your account

**Delete Account**, at the bottom of My Account, opens the account deletion page in a new tab. Follow the steps there.

## Plans and credit packs

Click **Pricing** in the left sidebar, or go to [app.luw.ai/pricing](https://app.luw.ai/pricing). The page has two tabs:

* **Individual**: monthly plans for one person.
* **Team**: monthly plans that include a team you can invite people to (see [Teams](/luw.ai-app-docs/account/teams.md)).

The page also offers credit packs: pay-as-you-go credits you can buy whenever you need more. For current plans, what each includes, and prices, see [app.luw.ai/pricing](https://app.luw.ai/pricing).

If you run out of credits while generating, a pricing window opens with the same choice of subscriptions and credit packs.

## What a paid plan adds

Some options are locked on the free plan. They show a lock, and clicking one shows a message with a **Pricing** button. On a paid plan you get, for example:

* more than one result per generation with **Designs** 2, 3 or 4;
* **HD** output in 2K and 4K (Magic Prompt, Interior, Exterior, Render);
* **Download HD** in the result viewer;
* the **Photo Enhancer** tool;
* **Upload** inside [Projects](/luw.ai-app-docs/organize-your-work/projects.md);
* both engines and all settings in 3DGen AI.
